Director of Creative Programming Hi my name is Darlean Poe and I am the director of creative programming. I work with the board and staff of L.A.M.P. to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach. I am a retired educator of 27 years. It is my endeavor to reach the community through a variety of programs and projects ensuring that our families are successful in meeting life’s challenges.
